Staying the Course...
2012 GAMA Trade Show
March 12th to 16th
Bally’s Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas
We are already ramping up for the 2012 GAMA Trade Show (GTS). Thank you for joining us last year—your efforts helped us connect over 220 unique retail stores to manufacturers onsite!
Thanks to everyone who took the time to fill out our post-GTS Evaluation Form. We’re using your comments to continue improving the experience for our attendees for 2012.
We’ll be updating our site over the next few weeks and wanted to share the highlights that you can all expect for this year’s show:
Retailers, the “box” is back in 2012! Expect GAMA to once again ship over $1,100 in new product right to your store (at our expense) just to show our appreciation.
We’ve expanded the popular Premier Presentation program by more than 25%. That means more companies to interface with at the show!
Don’t forget about the Power Retail Awards. How does your store stack up in Marketing, Store Design and Organized Play? Go to http://gamatradeshow.com/PowerRetailingAwards/tabid/3175/Default.aspx for more information on submitting your store for 2012.
The “Service Center” — New in 2012! See the GAMA program providers, printers and other industry services in the new section of the exhibit hall.
New Store Track. Is your store new in the last 18 months? First time to GTS? Come to the orientation program on Tuesday morning and join us as we help you get comfortable with all the programs available for you at the show.
New Manufacturers Track. Are you a new manufacturer? Listen to the GAMA Board and have a chance to meet the staff, distributors and other professionals who can guide you down the path of success.
Seminars galore! GTS offers the broadest seminar track in the gaming industry with over 130 hours of content during the four-day event. Listen to industry professionals and peers as we address best practices for retailers, manufacturers and industry professionals.
Remember, Registration will be open online beginning this November so don’t forget to sign up on line!
This year’s Sponsors include: Bandai, Wizards of the Coast, Mayfair Games, Cryptozoic, WizKids, Konami, Impressions, Games Workshop, Osprey, Fantasy Flight, AEG, Paizo, Topps, Sandstorm Productions, Alliance, ACD, and ICv2.
Remember that GTS is a Members Only show. GAMA has begun taking 2012 memberships. Go to the Join GAMA page to access our membership forms or contact Angela Ward at award(at)gama.org for more information.
